Refund and Returns Policy

You can return products within 5 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.


2. Refunds

a. Refund Process
Refunds will only be credited once we receive and inspect the returned product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 5-7business days to be credited in your account depending on your payment provider.

b. Refund Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 5 days from the delivery date.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Product(s) to be returned
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return the product.

4. Return Shipping

a. Cost of Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will return the products withing 5-7 days to your address.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

b. Return Shipping Address
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.



SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are been delivered within 2 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery
date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company /
post office norms.
